Multiple Knowledge Bases in Conversation AI

Concours Pro’s Conversation AI now supports Multiple Knowledge Bases, allowing you to create distinct knowledge sources for each AI bot. This replaces the single shared knowledge base, offering greater flexibility.

Use Case: Assign Knowledge Bases A and B to one bot for specific training, while another bot uses Knowledge Base C for a different purpose, enabling tailored responses.

  • Access: Navigate to Settings > Knowledge Base to manage all knowledge bases.
  • Create: Click Create Knowledge Base, name it, and save. Up to 15 bases are supported.
  • Train: Add URLs and FAQs to train each base (file uploads coming soon).
  • Attach: In Conversation AI > YOUR-BOT > Bot Training, select up to 7 knowledge bases via the dropdown.
  • Manage: View assigned bases as tabs in bot training or create new ones on the fly.

Note: The default knowledge base cannot be deleted as it’s used by workflow bots.


Bulk Action Campaigns Now Visible in Email Marketing

Campaigns created via Bulk Actions now appear in Marketing > Emails > Campaigns, ensuring a unified view with consistent statistics and list displays.

  • Benefits: Centralized campaign tracking, consistent reporting, and enhanced transparency.
  • How to Check: Create a campaign in Contacts, then view it in Marketing > Emails > Campaigns. Click the three-dot menu for stats.

Streamlined Affiliate Profile Editing

The Affiliate Manager now features an improved edit flow for affiliate profiles, making updates faster and more intuitive.

  • New Tabs: Basic Info (email, names, company), Details (website, phone, address, tax forms), Socials (social media handles).
  • Quick Actions: Add/remove from campaigns, suspend, delete, or add manual sales directly from the profile.
  • How to Use: Go to Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Affiliate, click an affiliate, and use the Edit icon or three-dot menu.

Reschedule Filter for Appointments

Track rescheduled appointments with new filters and charts in Calendars and Reporting for better scheduling insights.

  • Features: Rescheduled filter in dashboard widgets, new rescheduled status columns in Granular Insights and table widgets, and a Top 5 Calendars with Reschedules chart.
  • How to Use: In Reporting > Appointment Reporting, view the new chart. For dashboards, edit widgets in Conditions to apply the filter.

Documents & Contracts Improvements

Our Proposals and Estimates feature has been renamed to : Documents and Contracts.

You can now clone documents directly in Documents and Contracts, simplifying the creation of duplicates without converting to templates.

  • How to Use: Go to Payments > Documents and Contracts > All Documents and Contracts, click the 3-dot-menu next to a document, and select Clone. A new document titled “Document Name Copy” is created.
  • Benefit: Streamlines repetitive document creation with minor tweaks.

Rearrange Email Elements with Arrow Controls

Concours Pro’s Email Builder now includes arrow controls to move elements and layouts, replacing manual drag-and-drop.

  • Benefits: Faster, more intuitive design adjustments.
  • How to Use: Open an email template or campaign, hover over an element/layout, and click up/down arrows to reposition.

Activity Section Upgrade

The Contacts > Activity section has been revamped with a cleaner interface and faster performance.

  • Features: New event icons, date groupings (e.g., “Today”), clickable event cards with links, optimized database for quicker loads, and responsive design.
  • Benefits: Faster navigation, reduced clutter, and improved productivity.

  • Features: Retains linked calendars, conflict calendars, and video conferencing settings. Only the original account can reconnect for security.
  • Benefit: Faster, more intuitive reconnection process.

Skool Importer for Communities

The Skool Importer simplifies migrating communities created in the Skool platform to Concours Pro’s Communities platform.

  • How to Use: Enter Skool group details, import members via CSV (complete missing emails), and import posts. View real-time import stats.
  • Benefits: Easy onboarding and seamless post migration.

Dynamic Pricing on Orders API

The Orders API now supports dynamic pricing, allowing price overrides for products during checkout.

  • Example: A $100 service can be increased to $130 for a premium option. Applies to one-time products and setup fees.
  • Availability: Currently for Calendars and POS, with plans for expansion.

Opportunity Notes

Opportunities now supports dedicated notes, separate from Contacts, for clearer organization.

  • Features: Create entity-specific notes, associate with Opportunities or Contacts, and use smart filtering.
  • How to Use: Go to Opportunities, select an opportunity, Go to Notes, and add your note.

Wizard for First-Time Review Setup

The Reputation Management module now includes a Review Setup Wizard to guide new users through setup.

  • Steps: Connect Google Business Profile/Facebook, set up a review link, send a request, configure Reviews AI, create a widget, and connect more platforms.
  • Access: Found in Reputation > Overview. Disappears after completion.

Google Login

Users can now use Google Login for faster, secure access to accounts.

  • User Flow: Click Sign in with Google on the login page, allow pop-ups (refresh to see pop up), and authenticate. The users Google account must share the email address with an existing Concours Pro account to gain access.

Improved Speed in Downloading PDFs

Downloading PDFs for Invoices and Receipts is now faster, taking around 4 seconds in most cases.

  • Previous Issue: Downloads took 15-19 seconds.
  • How to Use: Click Download PDF in an invoice or receipt.

Descriptions in Mobile View

Product descriptions in Estimates and Invoices are now visible in mobile view, matching web view.

  • How to Use: Add a product with a description to an estimate or invoice and view it on mobile.
  • Benefit: Ensures consistency across devices.

Invoice Prefix Modification

Customize invoice prefixes in Invoicing to align with your business conventions.

  • How to Use: Go to Payments > Settings > Receipts, change the prefix, and save.
  • Benefit: Greater customization for professional invoicing.

Optimisation of Bulk CSV Post

The Social Media Scheduler now supports optimized CSV bulk imports for smoother processing.

  • Features: Supports CSV/XLSX with multiple date formats. Processes up to 90 posts with videos in seconds.
  • How to Use: In Marketing > Social Planner, click New Post (Top Right) then Upload from CSV, upload your file, and review posts.

Smoother Review Management

Reputation Management has been enhanced for more efficient review handling.

  • Real-Time Notifications: Get alerts for new reviews across all platforms.
  • Custom Integration Links: Submit platform integration requests in Reputation > Settings > Integrations.
  • Improved Contact Search: Search contacts by email/phone in Reputation > Requests.
  • Custom Fields in SMS: Add custom fields to SMS review requests.

Connect Multiple Calendar Accounts

Calendars now supports multiple Outlook or iCloud accounts per account, matching Google Calendar functionality.

  • Features: Connect multiple accounts for availability checks and sync across accounts.
  • Note: Video conferencing integrations remain one per user per account.

Calendar Disconnection Notifications

Get alerts for disconnected calendar or video conferencing integrations via email, in-app, or SMS.

  • Manage Preferences: In Settings > My Profile > Notifications > Calendar Notifications, enable/disable notifications.
  • Note: SMS requires a configured phone number. Alerts are user-specific.

Add Expiry to Documents

Proposals and Estimates now supports document expiry to enforce deadlines.

  • Features: Set expiry globally or per document, with automatic expiry handling and optional reminders.
  • How to Use: Enable expiry in Payments > Documents & Contracts > All Documents & Contracts. Edit your Document, Go to the 3-dot menu and set days, and customize reminders.

Checkbox Displacement Fix

Checkboxes in Proposals and Estimates now stay aligned with parent elements, fixing displacement issues.

  • How to Use: Place checkboxes on elements like tables or images; they move with the element during page breaks.
  • Benefit: Improved document reliability.

Quantity Selector & Cart Drawer Enhancement

Ecommerce System now includes an improved quantity selector and cart drawer delete option.

  • Features: Plus/minus selector with customizable labels, real-time stock alerts, and delete icon in cart.
  • Inventory Logic: Caps quantities at stock levels, disables invalid inputs.

Suspend Affiliates

Suspend affiliates from specific campaigns in Affiliate Manager to control tracking and access.

  • How to Use: In Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Affiliate, click the three-dot menu, select Campaign Actions > Suspend Affiliate, and choose the campaign.
  • Note: Suspended affiliates cannot access links or earn commissions.

Customer Login for Ecommerce Stores

Ecommerce System now supports a Customer Login Portal for seamless order access.

  • Features: Toggleable login button in navigation, customizable dropdown menu with Orders and Logout options.

Social Media Scheduler now supports Instagram Collaborator Posts for feeds or reels.

Countdown Timer Integration

Countdown Timer now integrates with Funnels and Websites for dynamic urgency.
