How to Set Up and Customize Review Request Emails/SMS
Customize both email and SMS messages sent to your customers, ensuring they align with your branding and tone.
For SMS review requests:
- Go to Reputation > Settings > SMS Review Requests.
- Select Request with Image to send an additional image with the request.
- Click to change or drag and drop an image.
- Edit SMS sent to user text as required.
- Edit Review Request Behaviour as required.
- Click Save.
For Email review requests:
- Go to Reputation > Settings > Email Review Requests.
- Edit Subject to change the Email subject as required.
- Edit Review Request Behaviour as required.
- Click Open Email Builder to edit the email contents.
- Click Save in the Email Builder pop up to save the email template.
- Click the X in the top right to close the Email Builder pop up.
- Click Save.
How to Add a Different Review URL to Your Request
To direct customers to a specific review site, you can modify the review URL. This is useful if you’re targeting reviews on a particular platform.
- Go to Reputation > Settings > Review Link.
- Select your preferred platform for reviews – Google, Facebook or Custom Link for an additional review platform.
- Click Save.
