What are Reply & Forwarding Addresses?
Reply & forwarding addresses in Concours Pro allow you to receive copies of emails sent to your account. You can also track replies using these settings.
Where to Find Reply & Forward Settings
Go to Settings > Email Services to access these options.
Forwarding Address
Set a forwarding address to receive copies of leads’ email responses. You can add multiple email addresses separated by commas.
Note: This feature works only with our internal LeadConnector Email System.
Reply Address
Configure a reply-to address to redirect incoming emails to a specific inbox, Bypassing the Conversation tab.
Go to Settings > Email Services > Reply & Forward Settings > Reply Address.
BCC Emails
Receive a blind carbon copy of all outgoing emails.
Go to Settings > Email Services > Reply & Forward Settings > BCC Emails.
Forward to Assigned User
Email replies can be forwarded to the assigned user’s inbox.
Go to Settings > My Staff > Edit User > User Info.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Why do attached files not get forwarded with the email replies?
Forwarding does not support attachments. If the contact replies with an attachment, we will need to go to the conversation view to see it. - Why do the forwarding emails I’ve added disappear after attempting to save?
Invalid email addresses, or addresses that collide with any dedicated domains in your account cannot be used as a forwarding address.
