Configure Your Email

Get your emails landing in inboxes, not spam. Follow these steps to set up your email service quickly:

  • Go to Settings > Email Services.
  • Click Dedicated Domain and IP.
  • Choose Create Dedicated Domain.
  • Hit Add Domain.
  • Enter a subdomain prefix with your domain (e.g., lc.yourdomain.com).
  • Click Add & Verify.
  • Update your DNS records as shown, following your registrar’s guide.
  • Click Verify Records.
  • Add the extra TXT record provided.
  • Click Verify Domain.
  • Customise headers by clicking the 3-dot menu and selecting Set Headers.
  • Fill in your details (From Name, From Email).
  • Click Save.

Once your email is set, you’re ready to move on to phone setup for seamless communication.

Set Up Your Phone Number

Make it easy for customers to reach you by adding a phone number to your account in minutes:

  • Head to Settings and click Phone Numbers.
  • Click Add Number and select Add Phone Number.
  • Filter numbers by country or area code to find the right one.
  • Pick your preferred number.
  • Click Proceed to Buy.

With your number ready, let’s ensure calls go to the right place by setting up call forwarding.

Forward Your Calls

Never miss a call by routing incoming calls to a number that suits you:

  • Go to Settings and select Phone Numbers.
  • Click the 3-dot menu next to your number.
  • Choose Edit Configuration.
  • Enter the number you want calls forwarded to (e.g., your mobile).
  • Click Save.

Now, let’s look at how to connect with individual contacts directly.


Reach a Single Contact

Get in touch with a contact using their preferred channel in just a few clicks:

  • Navigate to Contacts.
  • Search, filter, or browse to locate the contact.
  • Open their Contact Card:
    • Call: Click the green phone icon in the top right.
    • SMS: Select the SMS tab in the message composer at the bottom.
    • Email: Choose the email tab in the message composer at the bottom.

Reach Multiple Contacts

Save time by messaging multiple contacts at once with targeted bulk actions:

  • Go to Contacts.
  • Click More Filters to narrow down your audience.
  • Filter your list to target the right group.
  • Tick the checkbox next to each contact you want to reach.
  • Select your bulk action (e.g., email, SMS).
