Connect Your Gmail or Outlook
Managing customer emails across multiple inboxes can eat up your day. With Concours Pro’s 2-Way Email Inbox Sync, you can link your Gmail or Outlook account to keep all your conversations in one spot. This saves you time and ensures you never miss a critical follow-up.
Setting it up is straightforward. Here’s how to get started:
- Head to Settings > My Profile > Email (2-way sync).
- Select Gmail or Outlook, then hit Connect.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to grant permissions. It’s quick, secure, and keeps your data safe.
Once connected, your emails will sync seamlessly, letting you manage everything from Concours Pro’s Unified Inbox.
Send Emails from Concours Pro
With your inbox linked, you can send and receive emails directly from Concours Pro, keeping all your customer interactions in sync. Whether you’re emailing from Concours Pro or your personal inbox, everything stays connected.
To send an email, just follow these steps:
- Go to Conversations.
- Click Create New Message (look for the pencil-and-paper icon).
- Choose Direct Message.
- Pick your contact and click Continue.
- Your connected email address will automatically appear in the From field.
Your emails will sync both ways, so you’ll see all messages in Concours Pro and your Gmail or Outlook inbox. This keeps your communication organised, saving you from switching between apps.
