Introduction
The Concours Pro Onboarding Questionnaire is designed to gather all required information from you so that we are able to complete your account set up for you, before your free trial starts.
Depending on exactly what features you select for us to set up for you, the amount of information you need to supply will vary. As it will with Silver, Gold and Platinum level clients.
Below are lists of what is required to complete the questionnaire, based on the various Concours Pro system levels.
If you don’t need up a particular feature set up for you, then don’t select it for set up, and then ignore that section of the questionnaire.
Concours Pro – Bronze Level Clients
Once you have all the required information ready, the questionnaire will take around 20 minutes to complete.

Concours Pro – Silver Level Clients
The Silver level questionnaire will take around 30 minutes to complete.
It contains these additional options for feature set up:

Silver level questionnaire contains all the same fields as the Bronze questionnaire outlined above, which must be completed if required, or if relevant to a feature you wish to have set up.
It also contrains all the Silver sections below. Only complete the Silver sections that are relevant to features you are requesting to be set up.
Ecommerce Initial Product Setup (x5)

Invoicing Initial Product Setup (x5)
- Upload a file containing up to 5 example products to be uploaded into your imvoicing system. Max size 50MB – .csv, .xls, .xlsx

Social Media Scheduler – Account Integration
- Account logins for any of the following platforms that you wish to have integrated. Seperate multiple accounts with commas.

We will use the same DNS provider setting as entered above, under Dedicated Email Sending Domain, so be sure these details are provided.

Communities
- Name for your online membership community (private socal media) site.
