What is a Brand Board?
A brand board is a tool designed to keep your brand’s visual identity consistent and organised. It gathers your design elements like colours, fonts, and logos, ensuring uniformity across emails, websites, and funnels.
Why You Need a Brand Board
Brand Consistency
A brand board helps you centralise your visual elements, such as logos and fonts, ensuring your brand looks the same across all platforms, including emails, websites, and social media.
Time Efficiency
By having everything stored in one place, a brand board saves you time from searching for logos or remembering specific colour codes. It streamlines the creation of new content.
Easy Management
With a brand board, managing your visual elements becomes much simpler. You can easily locate and apply your logos, colours, and fonts, ensuring everything stays on-brand.
How to Create a Brand Board
First, Go to Marketing > Brand Boards.
Start a New Brand Board
Click the New button to start a fresh brand board.
Choose a template or create a blank board by selecting Continue.

Add Your Brand Colours
In the Colours section, click Add to input your brand colours.
You can add up to 10 colours (the board will always display at least two).

Set Up Your Fonts
In the Typography section, click Add to select up to five fonts for your brand.
Choose fonts from the drop-down list for each slot.
Once you’ve added your logo, colours, and fonts, your brand board is complete. This will allow you to quickly and consistently apply your brand’s visual elements across your marketing materials.
