What is a Brand Board?
Concours Pro’s Brand Boards are an organisational tool designed to keep your brand’s identity and voice consistent and organised. It creates a collection of all your commonly used design elements and content creation guidelines for use by yourself, your AI or staff.
Brand boards are comprised of two sections, a Design Kit, and a Brand Voice.
Why You Need a Brand Board
A Brand Board helps you centralise your visual elements, such as logos and fonts, ensuring your brand looks the same across all platforms, including emails, websites, and social media. It also controls your guidelines for written content ensuring all content created is in line with your business objectives.
By having everything stored in one place, a Brand Board saves you time from searching for graphic elements or content guidelines. It streamlines the creation of new content.
How to Create Your Design Kit
- Go to Marketing > Brand Boards > Design Kit.
- Click the Add Design Kit button to start a fresh brand board.
- Choose a template or create a blank board by selecting Continue.
Add Your Logo
Click the edit icon in the logo section.
Upload up to two logos from your media library.
Add Your Brand Colours
In the Colours section, click Add to input your brand colours.
You can add up to 10 colours (the board will always display at least two).
Edit and rename each colour as needed.
Set Up Your Fonts
In the Typography section, click Add to select up to five fonts for your brand.
