Bulk Actions – Rate Limits and Scheduling

Bulk Action Status

To monitor the progress of a bulk action, navigate to Contacts > Bulk Actions, then click on the three dots next to the action. This will display the status, and you can also pause the action if needed.

Rate Limits for Bulk Actions

Bulk Action Emails / SMS – Add in Drip Mode:

  • 30 sec – 1 min frequency: Up to 1,000 contacts processed per minute
  • 5 min frequency: Up to 4,999 contacts processed per minute
  • 6 min – 10 min frequency: Up to 5,000 contacts processed per minute
  • Over 10 min frequency: Up to 10,000 contacts processed per minute

Bulk Action SMS – Add All at Once & Add at a Scheduled Time (Excluding Bulk Email):

  • 0 to 25k contacts: 60,000 contacts processed per hour
  • 25k to 50k contacts: 30,000 contacts processed per hour
  • 50k to 100k contacts: 24,000 contacts processed per hour
  • 100k+ contacts: 18,000 contacts processed per hour

Bulk Action Workflow Executions:

  • Maximum rate: 250 contacts processed per minute

Scheduling Bulk Actions

Bulk actions in Concours Pro cannot be scheduled to run more than 720 hours (roughly 30 days) in advance.
