How It Works

  • All plans include the installation and configuration of Wordfence security software (free version) and setup of remote monitoring on Wordfence central.
  • All Plans include regular monitoring of the security status of your website via Wordfence central - Either monitored twice weekly or Daily (business days).
  • Every month or quarter you get the specified number of hours work provided to perform the included updates.
  • All plans include the implementation of all updates identified as either Critical or Critical & High Risk, ensuring your website remains secure.
  • All plans will address any issues arising out of performing the required updates (up to the maximum hours per quarter).
  • All plans include access to our Elementor Pro and Updraft Plus Premium licenses to facilitate updates and support if required.
  • Some plans include downtime monitoring, 24/7 by Uptime Robot - So we know if your site has an issue and can respond to it.
  • Some plans include automated backups, configured daily or weekly as requested, and stored remotedly (on Google Drive or DropBox etc).
  • All plans include monthly maintenance reporting so you can see how we are keeping your site safe.
  • An active maintenance plan does not guarantee that your site won't get hacked, but it greatly reduces the risk of it happening.
  • All plans include ALL updates done by real, experienced WordPress professionals. Unlike many WordPress maintenance companies out there, We NEVER do automatic updates, as your site is too valuable to risk downtime or loss of features caused by reckless automatic updating.
