What is the Business Profile?

Your Business Profile in Concours Pro is where you set up company data and configure settings applied across your account. Spending some time here ensures your account operates smoothly.

To access your Business Profile, Go to Settings > Business Profile.

General Information

Ensure your account’s General Information is accurate for proper configuration of Custom Fields and Trigger Links.

Location ID

You may need to provide this unique ID when contacting support for account identification.

Business Logo

Upload a logo for use in various features like invoices and emails.  Must be 350px x 180px. No bigger than 2.5Mb.

Friendly Business Name

A short version of your official company name, if applicable.  This name is used in Custom Fields like “Account -> Name”.

Legal Business Name

Enter the full legal name as shown on your business name registration or company registration.

Business Email

Set the business contact email used in Custom Fields like “Account -> Email”.

Business Phone

Enter the business contact phone number used in Custom Fields like “Account -> Phone”.  This can be a Concours Pro phone number if this is your preference for all incoming calls.

Branded Domain

Create a branded domain for URLs such as Trigger Links, Calendars, and more.

Business Website

Enter the website URL used in Custom Fields like “Account -> Website”.

Business Niche

Select your business niche from the dropdown list.

API Key

Use your API Key for connecting with other applications like Zapier.

Update Information Button

Don’t forget to save your updates!


Business Physical Address

Enter your physical address  for verification and use in messages and campaigns, for complicance purposes.

Time Zone

Select the default time zone for automated events.

Platform Language

Set the language displayed in your account.

Outbound Communication Language for Custom Values

Choose the language for displaying Custom Fields and Values in messages.


Business Information

Fill out your registration type, number, and operational regions for compliance and approval processes.

Business Type

Select your business type from the options provided.

Business Industry

Choose the industry that best describes your target market.

Business Registration ID Type

Select your registration type.   For Australian users it is “Australia: Company Number from ASIC (ACN)”

Business Registration Number

Enter your ACN, as selected above, here.

Business Regions of Operations

Select the regions where your business operates.  For Australian users, the region is Asia-Pacific, selected as ‘Asia’.

Update Information

Always click the update button to save changes.


Authorized Representative

Add the information for your business’s authorized representative.


General Settings

This section contains crucial settings for your account. Review each setting carefully.

Allow Duplicate Opportunity

Enable to allow duplicate opportunities in the same pipeline.

Merge Facebook Contacts by Name

Enable to merge contacts with the same name from Facebook Messenger.

Disable Contact Timezone

Turn off to ignore contact-specific time zones.

Mark Emails as Invalid due to Hard Bounce

Mark email addresses as invalid after a hard bounce to avoid sending to them repeatedly.

Validate Phone Numbers when First SMS is Sent to a New Contact

Automatically validate phone numbers when sending the first SMS to a new contact.

Verify Email Address when First Email is Sent to a New Contact

Verify email addresses when sending the first email to a new contact.

Make SMS Compliant by Adding an Opt-Out Message

Ensure compliance by including opt-out messages in SMS.

Make SMS Compliant by Adding Sender Information

Include sender information in SMS for compliance.

Make Email Compliant by Adding an Unsubscribe Link in Your Emails

Include an unsubscribe link in emails to comply with regulations.


Call & Voicemail Settings

Set up voicemail settings, including upload formats and incoming call timeouts.


Contact Duplication Preferences

Control how duplicate contacts are handled, with options for primary and secondary prefgerences for determining duplicates.


Enable/Disable Depreciated Features

Choose whether to use deprecated features, understanding they may have issues or bugs.


Missed Call Text Back

Enable missed call text back to automatically send SMS messages to missed callers. Configure the SMS content and test it before enabling. Click save to start using this feature.
