Concours Pro now offers an option to generate packing slips for your Ecommerce store orders, simplifying the order fulfillment process. These packing slips can be printed for an entire order or specific items and will include essential details like Order ID, Order Date, Store Name, Shipping & Billing Address, Product Details, and more.


Email Builder: Direct Checkout for Products

Add direct payment links for products in your email campaigns, allowing customers to purchase directly from the email. Customise checkout pages within the same campaign and track conversions more efficiently.


Funnels and Websites: Live URL & Domain Connection

See your live site URL directly in the funnel/website builder. Additionally, connect your domain quickly with the new “Connect Domain” button, making your site live and accessible faster than before.


Payments: PayPal Pay Later

Enable PayPal’s Pay Later option on your order forms and online stores, giving customers more payment flexibility and potentially boosting conversions. This feature is available for both one-time purchases and upsell purchases.


Conversations: Log External Calls to CRM

Log external calls directly to your CRM using workflows. This new action logs call details, including call recordings, enhancing your customer interaction records.


Email Builder: UTM Parameters

Set default UTM parameters in your email campaigns automatically, helping you track and analyse your campaign performance more effectively.


Template Library: Enhancements

Upgrades to the Template Library now allow direct template downloads into folders, improving organisation and accessibility.


Calendar: Calendly Event Importer

Import events directly from Calendly into Concours Pro, enabling you to leverage the full range of tools available in the platform for managing your events and contacts.


Invoicing: Auto-Payment on Payment Schedules

Auto-payments can now be enabled for invoices with scheduled payment plans, automating the process and ensuring timely payments.


Automations: Twilio Validation Trigger Update

The Twilio Validation Error trigger has been renamed to “Number Validation,” reflecting the broader scope of the trigger’s functionality.


E-Commerce Stores: Independent COD & Manual Payment Methods

Concours Pro now allows the setup of COD (Cash on Delivery) and Manual Payment Methods without requiring an online payment method, giving store owners greater flexibility in how they handle payments.


CRM: Delete and Restore Contacts

Bulk delete and restore contacts more efficiently, even for large contact lists, with the updated architecture and enhanced user experience.


Dashboard: Contact & Opportunity Source Filters

New filters for Contact Source and Opportunity Source have been added to dashboard widgets, offering deeper insights into your contacts and opportunities.


Payments: Automatic Taxes

Automatic tax calculations can now be applied on payment links, invoices, and order forms, making it easier to manage tax requirements during checkout.


Conversations: 2-Way Sync Bug Fixes

We’ve addressed several issues related to 2-way sync for Gmail and Outlook, ensuring all attachments are correctly logged in the CRM and fixing other sync-related bugs.


Integrations: Private Integrations for Accounts

Sub-accounts can now build secure, custom integrations with third-party apps, thanks to the new Private Integrations feature, offering better security and API functionality.


E-Commerce Stores: Dedicated Tab

A new ‘Stores’ tab under the Sites section allows easier management of all e-commerce stores, with streamlined creation and access processes.


Calendar: Mobile App Updates

Phone System: SMS Blocking in UK

Starting 30 July 2024, SMS messages sent from international long codes to UK numbers will be blocked. Switch to UK long codes, Alphanumeric Sender IDs, or short codes to continue sending messages.


Funnels & Websites: Enhancements & Bug Fixes

New enhancements include pre-rendering of video thumbnails and several bug fixes to improve the overall functionality of the funnel/website builder.
