Introducing New Templates

We’re excited to unveil brand-new web templates in Concours Pro! These templates are fully customisable, professional, and user-friendly, helping you engage your audience more effectively while driving results.


Image Editing Support for Funnels and Websites (Mobile)

This update introduces more control over mobile image layouts in your funnels and websites. You can now fine-tune image height and width for mobile views, ensuring that visuals display correctly on smaller screens.

Key Features:

  • Control image height and width specifically for mobile views.
  • Multiple unit options: px, rem, em, %.

These features help ensure consistent image display across all devices, enhancing your design flexibility.


Personal Calendar for 1:1 Bookings

The new Personal Booking Calendar makes it easier for users to schedule one-on-one bookings. This solves confusion from users who were hesitant to use the Round Robin calendar, thinking it was only for teams. With this new feature, individual users can now easily manage personal appointments.

This calendar offers all the functionality of the Round Robin Calendar but is limited to one team member, simplifying the booking process.


CSV Export Enhancements for Payments

We’ve made significant upgrades to the CSV export functionality in the Payments section, adding fields to Transaction, Subscription, and Order exports. This change aligns with industry standards for clearer data reconciliation.

New Fields Include:

  • Payment method, currency, discount, tax amounts, refund details, and more.

These updates help you manage your financial data more accurately and efficiently.


View and Filter Conversations by Followers

We’ve added a new filter in Conversations, allowing you to view chats based on who is following them. Now, you can easily see conversations followed by you or others, simplifying chat management.

This feature also resolves an issue where followers couldn’t see certain messages, ensuring a smoother experience.


Subscriptions and Invoicing from Contact Page

Subscriptions can now be created or scheduled directly from the Contact Details page, making it faster to add subscriptions for customers. Additionally, you can now generate invoices directly from the Contact page, streamlining payment processes.


Email Campaign Statistics Improvements

We’ve revamped the campaign statistics page to ensure metrics are aligned with bulk action reporting. You’ll now see clearer stats on processed contacts, delivery, and error rates, improving the accuracy and reliability of your email campaign data.


Multi-Select Support in Media Storage

Managing media files just got easier! Our new multi-select feature allows you to select multiple files for bulk actions like moving, downloading, or deleting, making your workflow more efficient.


Allow Multiple Opportunities in Workflows

You can now handle multiple opportunities for the same contact within a workflow. Each opportunity will follow its own path, allowing for more precise management and communication.


Improvements to Call Transcripts and Error Handling

We’ve improved the clarity of call transcripts, now displaying all information, including name and email. Additionally, we’ve enhanced error handling for calls, making sure connection issues are properly communicated and recorded.


Countdown Timer for Funnels, Websites, and Emails

We’ve introduced a Countdown Timer feature for your emails, websites, stores, and funnels. This timer can increase urgency and boost conversions by adding time-sensitive offers to your campaigns.


Remove All Tags in Automations

A new option in the automation tools now allows you to remove all tags from a contact in one go, simplifying the management of contact tagging.


Messaging Error Trigger for LC Phone System

A new workflow trigger has been introduced for handling SMS messaging errors that can occur from time to time in LC Phone System. This trigger activates workflows whenever an SMS encounters a delivery failure, helping you manage contact lists more effectively.

LC Phone System errors that activate this trigger include:

  • 30007 – Carrier Violation
  • 30034 – A2P Registration Pending on USA Phone Number
  • 30032 – USA Toll Free Number not Verified
  • 30005 – User Inactive/Number does not exist
  • 30003 – Unreachable/Out of Service Number
  • 30004 – Do not want SMS/DND enabled
  • 30006 – Landline/Incapable to receive SMS

UK KYC Compliance for 10-Digit Numbers

To comply with UK regulations, all 10-digit long code numbers must now be verified with a UK Bundle by 31st October. Concours Pro users who require UK long code phone numbers can link their numbers to a verified bundle to ensure continued functionality.


Upgrades to Social Planner Post Composer

The Social Planner Post Composer now supports both images and videos, allowing you to schedule multimedia content more efficiently. The new interface provides better post previews and error handling, enhancing the overall experience.


New Estimates Feature for Invoicing

With the new Estimates feature, you can now send estimates to clients, allowing them to accept or reject them before converting them into invoices. This feature streamlines the invoicing process and enhances client communication.


Pause and Cancel Options for Scheduled Email Campaigns

We’ve added options to pause or cancel scheduled email campaigns. This gives you more control, allowing for last-minute changes or corrections before a campaign goes live.


Introducing Pre-Built Segments for Email Campaigns

Pre-built segments are now available for targeting contacts based on their engagement with past email campaigns. This feature makes it easier to send relevant content to engaged contacts and re-engage those at risk of churn.


Booking Widget to Open First Available Date

The booking widget now automatically opens the first available date when only specific hours are configured, making it easier for clients to book into future events or appointments without scrolling through the calendar.


Enhancements to Remove Workflows Action

New options are available when removing contacts from workflows, allowing you to select specific workflows or remove them from all except the current one. This enhancement simplifies contact management within workflows.


Custom Value Selector in Calendar Settings

We’ve added a Custom Value Selector to the Calendar Settings, allowing users to easily insert custom values like calendar name, meeting title, and thank you messages without manually typing them, reducing the chances of errors.


Look Busy Feature Slot Randomization

The Look Busy feature has been enhanced to randomize hidden slots across different days, making your calendar availability appear more realistic and in-demand to potential bookers.


Sidebar Enhancements for Account Dashboards

We’ve improved the sidebar functionality for Account dashboards. The new interface allows for real-time editing and live previews, making it easier to customize your dashboard and see changes instantly.


Enhancements to Phone System and Call Reporting

Several improvements have been made to the Phone System, including better visibility into users and workflows linked to phone numbers, and more reliable call reporting for IVR and forwarded calls.


Wait Action Enhancements in Automations

The Wait Action in automations has been upgraded with new branching options, allowing for more precise control over actions based on whether a wait condition is fulfilled or times out.
