Getting Started with User Permissions

To manage user permissions in Concours Pro, navigate to Settings > My Staff. Click Edit (pencil icon) next to the user and select Roles & Permissions from the left menu.

Restrict Visibility to Assigned Data

For users with the User role, you can restrict their access to only the data assigned to them. This is useful for keeping team members’ information separate, such as leads or contacts.

Assigning User Roles

Choose whether the user should have Admin or User permissions.

Assigning Permissions

Admins can set granular permissions at two levels:

  • Module: Turn off a module to deny access completely.
  • Granular: Use checkboxes to control specific permissions.

This system is compatible with older permission structures.

Copy Permissions

Admins can copy the granular permissions from one user to another, simplifying the setup process for new team members.

Concours Pro continues to roll out more detailed permission controls, enhancing user management capabilities.
