Opportunities in Concours Pro represent potential sales or deals at various stages of your sales pipeline. They are crucial for tracking leads and converting them into customers.

It is possible to configure Concours Pro have only ONE Opportunity per contact, or to have multiple.

Pipeline Integration

In Concours Pro, Each Opportunity is represented as a card (including customer details) in a Pipeline, which consists of sequential stages reflecting your sales process. You can customise these pipelines to align with your business goals and sales strategies.

Stage Progression

Opportunities move through various stages in the pipeline, indicating their position in the sales cycle. Common stages may include Prospecting, Qualification, Proposal, and Negotiation.

Opportunity Status

Opportunities in Concours Pro can have one of the following statuses:

  • Open: The opportunity is active and being pursued.
  • Won: The opportunity has been successfully converted into a sale.
  • Lost: The opportunity was not converted into a sale.
  • Abandoned: The opportunity is no longer being pursued.

Data Management

Efficient data management in opportunities includes tracking the opportunity source, contact details, value, and notes. You can also manage communications and task assignments linked to contacts, enhancing your workflow and engagement.

Concours Pro gives you the abilty to customise your Opportunties by adding custom fields, allowing specific custom information to be included in each Opportunity.
