What’s New

Concours Pro users will now get email notifications for workflow errors, with a dedicated Needs Review tab to manage these errors.

  • Workflow Settings: A new settings page allows configuring error notification emails.
  • Needs Review Tab: Lists workflows with errors for easy review.
  • Automatic Email Alerts: Emails will be sent to account admins whenever an error occurs in a workflow.
  • Error Acknowledgement: Users can acknowledge viewed errors directly in the execution logs.

Actions Covered

Error notifications for different types of workflow actions are being rolled out in phases. As of the above date, you will receive error notifications for the following types of workflow actions:

  • Webhooks and Custom Webhooks
  • Premium actions like Slack, Array, Custom Code, ChatGPT, and Google Sheets
  • Facebook: Adding/removing from custom audiences, Conversion API, Messenger, and Interactive Messenger
  • Instagram: Direct messages and Interactive Messenger

How to Use

  • Go to Automation > Workflow Settings.
  • Click the Notifications Toggle to turn on / off error notification emails.
  • Go to Automation > Workflow Settings > Needs Review tab to see workflows with errors.
  • Click on a workflow to view the error in the execution logs.
  • Mark errors as read to acknowledge them.

Important Points

  • Notifications are turned off by default, and email recipients can be customised.
  • An email is sent immediately when an error occurs, containing a Review It button linking to the Needs Review tab.
  • Only one email will be sent every 24 hours, with further emails sent if new errors are found after this window.
