We’ve rolled out dynamic linking for the Opportunities modal in Concours Pro. Now, you can share direct URLs to specific opportunities, making it easier to get straight to the details you need.

Key Features:

  • Straight to the Point: Jump directly to a specific opportunity and its details with one link—no more digging through lists.
  • Teamwork Made Simple: Share links with your crew to skip the search and focus on what matters.
  • Time Saver: Cuts out extra steps, letting you get to opportunity details fast.

How to Use:

Open the opportunity you want in Concours Pro, grab the URL from your browser, and share it with your team or stakeholders. Done!


Calendar and Appointment Upgrades

We’ve beefed up Calendar Email Notifications and Appointment Smartlists in Concours Pro with some handy new features to keep things running smoothly.

What’s New?

Calendar Email Notifications

  • Your Call on Details: Tweak the “From” name, email, and subject line to make notifications feel more personal and relevant.
  • Custom Values: Pop in tailored details for the “From” name, email, and subject using the custom value picker for that extra touch.

Appointment Smartlists

  • Better Filter Look: The Sort By filter’s got a cleaner layout for easier use.
  • New Filters: Narrow down appointments by Contacts or Source to see exactly what you need.
  • Smarter Error Alerts: If a contact, user, or calendar tied to a filter gets deleted or shifted, you’ll see a clear error notice on the smartlist page and in the filter drawer with explanations.
  • Role-Based Data: Smartlists now match your assigned data settings, keeping visibility in line with your permissions.
  • Timezone Friendly: Filters like Upcoming Appointments or time-specific ones (e.g., “Today”) now adjust to your timezone for spot-on accuracy.

These updates make your notifications more flexible and your smartlists sharper—perfect for staying on top of things.


Blog Navigation Boost with Table of Contents

We’re chuffed to introduce a Table of Contents feature in the Concours Pro blog editor. It’s all about making your blogs easier to navigate and more reader-friendly.

What’s New?

  • Auto-builds a Table of Contents from your blog headings.
  • Clickable links let readers jump to sections hassle-free.
  • Customise its look to fit your blog’s vibe.

How It Works:

Head to Blog > Your-Blog > Edit Blog Site. In the editor, spot the new Table of Contents icon and pick from three layout options. It’ll link up to your headers based on your chosen indent. Tweak styles like bold, italic, or font size via the toolbar. Easy as that!

Why It’s a Win:

Makes long posts a breeze to read, boosts SEO with better structure, and keeps your audience engaged with a smooth experience.


Conversation AI: Fine-Tune Response Timing

We’ve added a Bot Response Wait Time setting to workflows in Concours Pro. This gives you control over how long the AI waits before replying—great for tailoring chats to your needs.

What’s New?

You can now set custom wait times for individual bots in workflows, whether it’s for booking appointments or casual chats.

How It Works:

In a workflow, pick either the Conversation AI Bot or Appointment Booking Conversation AI Bot. Open its settings, find the “Wait Time” (or “Wait Time Before Responding” for booking bots), set your desired seconds (up to 300, default is 10), and save. The bot will follow that timing for that workflow.

It’s a small tweak that can make your customer interactions feel natural.


We’ve spruced up the navigation menu in Concours Pro’s Funnels and Website Builder with dropdown icons for sub-menus and mega-menus.

What’s New?

  • Dropdown Icon: A neat icon with a rotation animation shows when items expand or collapse.
  • Clickable Parents: Parent menu items can now link somewhere while still showing the dropdown.
  • Simple Setup: In the Style Editor, pick your dropdown icon and toggle the link option under “Menu Items” to make parent items clickable.

Fixes:

  • Stabilised menu toggling between views.
  • Sped up the Style Editor load time.

How to Use:

In Funnels and Website Builder, add a Navigation Menu element. In the Style Editor, set your dropdown icon and enable Add Link under the Menu Items three-dot menu. Done!


Dashboard Notification Refresh

We’ve given the notification banners and alerts in Concours Pro dashboards a makeover—fresher look, better functionality.

What’s New?

  • Slick Design: Notifications now sport a vibrant, polished UI that fits the updated style.
  • Sidebar Access: Check unread and read alerts from a handy sidebar section.
  • Colour Coding: Alerts range from red (critical) to yellow (warnings) to blue (general), so you know what to tackle first.
  • Smarter Timing: Alerts pop up only when needed, cutting down on distractions.

Note: Most alerts are upgraded, but four are still in progress: billing info, campaign/trigger transitions, and internet loss notices.

Why It’s Ace:

Clears up repetitive alerts and sets the stage for future goodies like snoozing and new alert types. Stay tuned!


Expanded Payment Options

We’ve teamed up with Stripe to bring new payment methods to Concours Pro: Amazon Pay, Revolut Pay, and Link.

What’s New?

  • Amazon Pay: Customers check out using their Amazon account details via a redirect to Amazon’s site.
  • Revolut Pay: A digital wallet option using stored balance or cards, popular in the UK and EU (EUR/GBP).
  • Link: Stripe’s one-click checkout fills in saved card and shipping details for speed.

What’s Next?

More Australian payment options are on the way, like BECS Direct Debit and Zip pay, plus others for different regions.


Documents Email Improvements

We’ve upgraded email features for Documents & Contracts in Concours Pro.

What’s New:

  • Email Previews: Check and tweak email templates before sending.
  • CC Option: Add CC recipients to document emails for templates, individual docs, or public docs.

How to Use:

Preview & Edit: Go to Payments > Documents & Contracts > All Documents & Contracts > Settings > Preview to adjust templates, or edit on the fly when sending via Send via Email.

Add CC: Set global CC in Payments > Documents & Contracts > All Documents & Contracts > Settings > CC Settings, or add per doc when sending.

Why?

Makes your emails more custom and keeps everyone in the loop effortlessly.


Countdown Timer Flexibility

We’ve made the Countdown Timer in Concours Pro more designer-friendly.

What’s New:

  • Adjust corner radius and padding to fit your email or website designs.
  • Ditched the checker background in the timer builder.

How to Use:

Head to Marketing > Countdown Timers, create or edit a timer, and tweak the Styling section for radius and padding. Existing designs won’t change.


Email Layout Styling

We’ve added corner rounding to email layouts in Concours Pro’s Email Builder.

Key Benefits:

  • Fresh Look: Rounded corners for a modern vibe.
  • Design Control: More options for creative layouts.

How to Use:

Create or edit an email campaign, select a layout, and adjust the Border Radius slider. Preview, save, and send!


Invoicing: Workflow Triggers

We’ve added new triggers for payment links and PayPal in Concours Pro invoicing.

What’s Changed?

  • Order Submitted Trigger: Kick off workflows like emails or team alerts when a payment link purchase is completed.
  • PayPal for Recurring: Offer PayPal for recurring invoices (no auto-payment) if integrated.


Estimates: Customisation Options

Estimates in Concours Pro now support custom values and partial quantities.

What’s Changed?

  • Custom Values: Add tailored details in the terms and notes, set at editor or settings level.
  • Partial Quantities: Offer items in fractions (e.g., 1.5 hours) for flexibility.


Contacts Import Overhaul

We’ve revamped the contacts import process in Concours Pro.

Highlights:

  • Faster imports with less wait time.
  • Better stats with success, error, and warning counts.
  • Clearer error messages and downloadable logs.
  • More date and phone number format support.
  • Unified deduplication settings.
  • Smoother UX with upfront import details.

Steps:

Go to Contacts > Import Contacts [icon] , pick your options, match fields, and check stats in Bulk Actions.


Smarter Contact Merging

Contact merging in Concours Pro just got smarter.

What’s New:

  • Keep Extras: Merge contacts while retaining additional emails and phone numbers, picking primaries as needed.
  • DND Control: Set Do Not Disturb preferences per channel.
  • Cleaner UX: Improved interface and performance.

How to Use:

Enable in Accounts > Labs > Updated Merge Feature. Select contacts, hit Merge, choose the master record, map fields, and confirm.

Auto-duplicate detection and field-level customisation.


Evergreen Content Scheduling

Introducing Category Queues for evergreen content in Concours Pro’s Social Planner.

What’s New?

  • Content Buckets: Tag and categorise evergreen posts for repeat sharing.
  • Smart Queuing: Auto-fill your schedule with tagged posts.
  • Consistent Posting: Set times for categories to keep your presence steady.
  • Repurpose Easily: Refresh old content without extra work.

How It Works:

Go to Marketing > Social Planner > New Post > Category Queue, pick a category, set preferences (e.g., future posting), schedule days/times, edit content, and queue it up. Pause or delete from the “Content” tab.

Notes:

Works with tagged, published posts. Can’t edit queue timing after creation yet.


Voice AI Capacity Boost

We’ve upped the Voice AI call limit in Concours Pro to 200 calls per minute. Regular call limits stay unchanged.


AI Contact Info Update

The new Add Contact Info feature in Concours Pro’s Conversation AI lets bots update contact details directly.

What’s New?

Add or update names, phone numbers, emails, and more via the bot.

How It Works:

In Bot Goals, hit Add Contact Info, name the action (e.g., Contact’s DOB), pick a field, describe the update, and save. Add clear prompts like “Ask for the customer’s date of birth”.

Notes:

Only updates empty fields. Emails and phones will always auto-update.


Recurring Payments in Documents

Concours Pro now supports recurring payments in 2-in-1 Documents & Contracts.

What’s New?

Collect recurring payments after signing. If the schedule matches the signing date, it redirects to the invoice; otherwise, it sends later.

How to Use:

In Documents and Contracts, create a doc, add a recurring product, set frequency, enable direct payment in settings, and send. Users get redirected or invoiced per the schedule.

Deposits and dynamic scheduling based on signing date.


Invoice Reminder Scheduling

Invoice reminders in Concours Pro now respect business hours.

What’s New?

  • Set operational hours for reminders.
  • Pick customer or business timezone.
  • Applies to all future invoices.

How to Use:

Go to Payments > Invoices & Estimates > Settings > Reminder Settings, enable reminders, set hours, and choose a timezone.


Ecommerce Product Layout

Customise column layouts for product lists in Concours Pro Ecommerce Stores.

What’s New?

Set products per page and 1-5 columns in the Product List element in Store Builder > General > Layout Options.


Ecommerce Text Customisation

Tailor text across Ecommerce Store elements in Concours Pro.

What’s New?

Edit text for Product List, Product Detail, Upsell, etc., in Store Builder > General > Text Customisation. Consolidated from scattered settings.

Notes:

Some elements (e.g., error messages) are customisable but not visible in preview.


Mobile Document Rendering

Complex PDF templates in Documents & Contracts now render correctly on the mobile app (v3.88.1+).


Mobile Social Planner

Social Planner’s now on the mobile app (v3.88.1+).

What’s New:

  • Supports 6 platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create, customise, and schedule posts on the go.

How It Works:

In the app, go to Social Planner, connect accounts, and create posts with media and schedules.


Create shareable public document links in Concours Pro’s Documents & Contracts.

What’s New?

  • Generate links in Templates, share, and manage responses.

How to Use:

In Templates, create a public doc, publish, share the link, and track signatures in Responses.


Facebook Troubleshooting

For accounts with multiple Facebook pages enabled in Labs, Concours Pro now helps troubleshoot permission issues.

What’s New?

Warnings and a Reconnect button in Integrations guide you to fix missing permissions.


Session Logout Feature

Easily log out from all devices in Concours Pro with this new feature.

Go to Settings > My Profile, then click Sign Out Everywhere to end all sessions.


Recurring Invoice Editing

Edit recurring invoices in Concours Pro.

What’s New?

  • Adjust frequency, dates, products, and auto-payment email alerts.

How to Use:

Go to Payments > Invoicing and Estimates > Recurring Invoices. Edit, and customise notifications in Invoice Settings.


Call Recording Management

Auto-delete old call recordings in Concours Pro to manage storage costs.

How to Use:

Enable in Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Voice Calls > Call Recording. Default when enabled is 90 days.


Favourite Templates

Mark templates as favourites in Concours Pro’s Template Library.

How to Use:

Hover over a template, click the star, or do it from the preview. Filter by Favourites on the left.


Invoice Attachments

Add up to 10 files (20MB total) to estimates and invoices in Concours Pro.

How to Use:

In Payments > Invoices and Estimates > Estimates > Your-Estimate, Tick Add Attachment then drag in your attachment to upload.


Showcase products with the new Featured Products element in Concours Pro Ecommerce Stores.

What’s New?

  • Add it anywhere, customise layout (up to 5 columns desktop, 2 mobile), and pick products in Sites > Stores > Your-Store > Store Builder.


Bulk Post Deletion

Bulk delete posts in Concours Pro’s Social Planner, with public API support.

How It Works:

In Marketing > Social Planner > List View, select posts, hit Actions > Delete Selected Posts, and confirm. API supports up to 50 posts.

Notes:

Doesn’t delete from social platforms; skips published posts.
