Conversations: Quick Replies for Facebook and Instagram
Enhance customer engagement on Facebook and Instagram with Quick Replies. This feature allows you to create predefined message options that users can tap to respond instantly, making interactions quicker and more efficient.
- Setup: Configure up to 13 quick replies in Facebook or Instagram Messenger workflows, each limited to 20 characters.
- Guided Conversations: Keep conversations focused and structured, helping users follow a guided response path.
- Visibility: Quick Replies appear as the most recent message, and once selected, they can’t be changed.
- Channel Specifics: Supports buttons and images on Facebook; Instagram supports either buttons or Quick Replies, but not both simultaneously.
Conversations: Select a Phone Number to Send SMS
Now, you can choose which phone number to send SMS messages from. This feature allows better flexibility and control for businesses that manage multiple numbers.
- Select Number: Choose from a dropdown of available numbers, with indicators for the default and last used number.
- Select Recipient’s Number: If a contact has multiple numbers, select the most appropriate one for each message.
- Access: Admins can view all account numbers, while users see numbers they have access to.
