Website Builder
In Concours Pro’s Website Builder, various media types can be uploaded for different elements. Allowed file types include PNG, JPEG, TIFF, WEBP, SVG, ICON, and GIF. The maximum upload size is 4GB for videos and 100MB for images, documents, and audio.
Social Planner
Images and videos can be uploaded to the Social Planner. Image formats include PNG, JPEG, and GIF with a size limit of 10MB. For videos, supported formats are MP4, AVI, QuickTime, Ogg, WMV, and WebM with a maximum file size of 1GB.
Direct Media Library Access
Direct access to the Media Library allows uploading of videos up to 4GB, and documents, audio, and images up to 100MB. Supported formats include PNG, JPEG, TIFF, WEBP, SVG, ICON, GIF, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Text, MP4, MPEG, and various audio formats.
These specs are also for files uploaded to contacts in the CRM as custom fields.
Membership
Course videos can be uploaded in MP4, AVI, QuickTime, Ogg, WMV, and WebM formats with a maximum size of 4GB. Other files have a limit of 50MB.
Forms and Surveys
Files uploaded through forms and surveys can include all file types, with a maximum size of 50MB per account.
