How to Set Up Staff Member Selection

To enable this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Calendars.
  2. Click the 3 dots for your desired calendar.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Toggle Allow staff selection during booking.
  5. Select “Neo” under Widget Type.
  6. Click Save, then Close.
  7. Click the desired calendar.
  8. Click Copy Scheduling Link.
  9. Open the widget using the link.
  10. Verify ability to Select a staff member.

Rescheduling Appointments with Staff Member Selection

Rescheduling with this feature is straightforward and can be done in three ways:

Rescheduling from the Contact’s Appointments Tab Internally:

  1. Go to the contact’s appointments tab.
  2. Find and edit the appointment.
  3. Select a new staff member from the dropdown menu and save the changes.

Rescheduling from the Appointments Tab in the Calendars Menu:

  1. Navigate to the Calendars Menu and select the Appointments tab.
  2. Edit the appointment and select a different staff member.
  3. Save your changes to reassign the appointment.

Client Rescheduling on Their End:

  1. Clients receive a reschedule link after booking which they can click on as needed.
  2. They can select a new staff member and time slot based on availability, as if they were booking a new appointment.
