Configuring the Missed Call Text Back Feature

Stay connected with your clients by using Concours Pro’s missed-call-text-back feature. This function ensures that missed calls automatically receive a text response, helping you capture every opportunity.

1. Access Account Settings

Start by logging into your Concours Pro account. From the main dashboard, click on the “Settings” tab located within the specific account you wish to configure.

2. Navigate to Business Profile

In the “Settings” tab, find and click on the “Business Profile” section. This is where you can access various settings related to your business communication preferences.

3. Configure the Missed Call Text Back Feature

Within the “Business Profile” tab, scroll down to the “Missed Call Text Back” section. Click on this modal to open the configuration options. Here, you can set up and customize the automated text response that will be sent to missed calls.

Note: This feature sends an SMS notification for every missed call, even if multiple calls are missed within a short timeframe. To manage multiple notifications, consider creating a custom workflow with a 20-minute wait step or use tags to differentiate between first and subsequent calls.
