Connecting Your Google Account
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click on Sign in with Google.
- Select your business Google account, then sign in to that account.
- Grant the required permissions to the LeadConnector architecture, which is responsible for the integration.
- Select the desired Google Business Profile from the drop down and enable GBP call tracking.
- Click Connect to complete the integration.
Note: Google Business Profile call tracking can only be enabled on one Concours Pro account. Ie. If the GBP is integrated to a second Concours Pro account, call tracking will not be possible unless disabled on the first account.
Note: It is possible to integrate multiple Google accounts with your Concours Pro account, which will allow you to manage content and reviews on multiple Google Business Profiles.
Only one account may be used for Google Analytics and Ads reporting, designated as the ‘Primary Account’.
Setting the Primary Google Account
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click on the Blue Make it Primary button under your desired Google account to select it as the primary Google account. Note: This button will only be visible if you have more than one Google account integrated.
- From the first drop down, select an Analytics account that this Google account has access to.
- Select a GA4 Property from the second drop down to access its Google Analytics data for reporting.
- From the third and fourth drop-downs, select a Google Ads MCC / Client account number to access its data for reporting. If you dont have an MCC account, then simply select your Client account number in both.
Disconnecting your Google Account
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click on the Green Connected button under your desired Google account.
- Click Ok to confirm disconnection.
