Pick an Email Template

A cracking email campaign starts with a solid template. Think of it as your foundation—ready to be shaped into a message that hits the mark every time. Here’s how to get going:

  1. Head to Marketing > Emails.
  2. Switch to the Templates tab.
  3. Hit New.
  4. Choose Email Marketing Templates.
  5. Browse, search, or filter to find a template that suits your vibe.
  6. Check out a Preview to see if it feels right.
  7. Click Continue to open it in the Email Editor.
  8. This saves your template and loads it in the Builder for tweaks.

Now you’ve got your template—time to make it your own!


Customise Your Email Template

This is where your template comes to life. Add your brand’s style, voice, and visuals to create something that’s unmistakably you. Let’s dive in:

  1. Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates.
  2. Open your selected template in the Email Editor.
  3. Tweak text, images, and layout until it’s spot-on.
  4. Click Save Template to lock in your changes.
  5. For extra confidence, click the 3-dot action menu and select Test Email.
  6. Enter details like sender info and test recipients.
  7. Hit Send Test Email to check it looks good.
  8. When you’re satisfied, click Back to return to the Email Campaign Dashboard.

Launch Your Email Campaign

With your template polished, it’s time to get it out there. Turning it into a live campaign is quick and straightforward. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns.
  2. Click New and select Select Template.
  3. Or, go to the Templates tab, find your template, click the 3-dot action menu, and choose Create Campaign.
  4. With your template open, hit Send or Schedule.
  5. Set up options like choosing recipients and turning on tracking.
  6. Click Review and Send.
  7. Watch the status shift from Sending to Sent—job done!
