Send a Bulk SMS Campaign

Reach multiple contacts at once with a bulk SMS campaign. Here’s how to get started:

1. Head to Contacts.
2. Use filters to narrow down your list, then tick the checkboxes to select specific contacts (or hit select all).
3. Click the Send SMS button (it’s the chat box icon with a speech bubble).
4. Hit Ok, proceed to confirm.
5. Choose your From Phone Number.
6. Write your message in the body, using snippets, plain text, or custom values for personalisation.
7. Pick Drip Mode if you want to send messages gradually.
8. Set drip settings, like batch size and days, to control the pace.
9. Click Send SMS to launch your campaign.

Set Up an SMS Template

Save time by creating reusable SMS templates for your campaigns. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Marketing > Snippets.
2. Click Add Snippet and select Add Text Snippet.
3. Enter details like the snippet name and message content.
4. Hit Save to store your template.

Check or Update an SMS Campaign

Monitor or tweak your SMS campaigns with ease. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to Contacts > Smart Lists > Bulk Actions.
2. Check the status of your campaign.
3. Use the three-dot menu to edit, pause, or cancel the campaign as needed.

Automate an SMS Workflow

Set up an automated SMS workflow to engage contacts based on specific triggers. Here’s the process:

1. Go to Automation.
2. Click Create Workflow and choose Create From Scratch.
3. Add a Form Submitted Trigger to start the workflow.
4. Add a Send SMS Action to include your message.
5. Click Publish to activate the workflow.
6. Hit Save to lock it in.
