Overview
Connecting your Calendly account to Concours Pro streamlines your workflow by automatically importing events into the system. This integration allows you to manage contacts, automate processes, and handle customer data efficiently.
Prerequisites
You need an active Calendly account with at least one calendar that you participate in to use this integration.
Getting Started: How to Connect Calendly?
- Go to Calendars > Calendar Settings > Connections.
- Click Add New.
- Select Calendly and click Connect.
- Authenticate by logging into your Calendly account.
- Choose the calendars to import events from.
- Check the consent box to allow event syncing and click Save.
Note: Only events created after setup will be imported.
How Does the Calendly Integration Work?
- Event Sync: Only new events from selected Calendly calendars will sync with Concours Pro.
- Syncing Process: This is a one-way sync from Calendly to Concours Pro. Events cannot be edited within Concours Pro.
- Contact Creation: New events generate new contacts in Concours Pro.
- Appointment Owner: For personal calendars, the person who integrated Calendly is the appointment owner. For shared calendars, the owner is selected randomly.
- Contact’s Assigned User: This updates to match the appointment owner of the latest event.
How to Edit Your Selections?
- Navigate to Settings > Calendar Settings > Connections.
- Find Calendly and click the edit icon.
- Modify calendar selections to add or remove synced calendars.
- Save your changes.
Deletion of Calendly Events
If you deselect a calendar or disconnect your account, you can choose to delete all synced events from the system. If the calendar is shared, deletion occurs only when all connected users agree to remove the event.
If you delete the Calendly integration, you can also choose to delete all synced events from the system. Again, shared events are only removed when all users agree.
Limitations of Calendly Integration
- Each user can connect only one Calendly account per Concours Pro account.
- This integration supports only the Standard, Teams, and Enterprise plans of Calendly.
- If you downgrade to the free plan, the integration will stop working.
