How to Integrate Zoom with Concours Pro Calendars

Contents

Overview

By linking your Zoom account with Concours Pro, you can automate the creation of Zoom meeting links, saving time and eliminating manual tasks. Once Zoom is set as the meeting location in a calendar, a unique Zoom link is generated and sent out with each calendar invite.

Prerequisites

Make sure you have access to the Zoom account you intend to connect to Concours Pro.

Connecting Zoom to Concours Pro

  1. Go to Calendars > Calendar Settings > Connections.
  2. Find the video conferencing tab.
  3. Click Add New and select Connect beside Zoom.
  4. Sign in to Zoom using your credentials.
  5. Your Zoom account will now be connected successfully.

To include Zoom in your calendar settings:

  1. Ensure that Zoom is successfully integrated with Concours Pro.
  2. Go to your calendar settings.
  3. Select the calendar where you want to add dynamic Zoom links.
  4. Click Edit Calendar, go to the meeting details, and under Team Members > Meeting Location, choose Zoom. Then, click Save.

Note: Dynamic Zoom links are only available for Round Robin and Collective calendars.

Limitations with Zoom Integration

Each user can only connect one Zoom account per Concours Pro account. The same Zoom account cannot be linked to multiple Concours Pro accounts. For instance, if User A connects Zoom in Account A, they cannot use the same Zoom account in Account B.

FAQs

Which Calendars Support Dynamic Zoom Links?

Only Round Robin and Collective calendars support dynamic Zoom links, generating a unique Zoom link for each appointment.

Can I Use Zoom with Other Calendar Types?

Yes, for Event & Class Booking calendars, you can manually generate a Zoom link in Zoom and add it to the calendar settings.

  1. Generate a Zoom link in your Zoom account.
  2. In the calendar settings, set the meeting location to **Custom** and paste the Zoom link.

This will result in a static link, which means the same Zoom link will be used for all new bookings.
