While the mobile app offers flexibility by letting you manage your business from anywhere, it has fewer features compared to the desktop version. For example, you can add contacts to a workflow but need to use the desktop app for creating or modifying workflows.
Navigating the Mobile App
When you first open the LeadConnector mobile app, you’ll find several menus and options that help you access core features:
- Left-hand Menu: Access settings, manual actions, invoices, and more.
- Account Selector: Switch between different accounts if you have access to multiple.
- Navigation Menu: Quickly access notifications, conversations, appointments, and contacts.
- Lightning Bolt Icon: Perform quick actions like sending an SMS or making a call.
- Plus Sign Icon: Add new items like contacts or appointments, depending on the page you’re on.
Core Mobile App Features
The LeadConnector mobile app is designed to work in tandem with your Concours Pro desktop app, enabling you to manage your business on the go. Key features include:
- Mobile Notifications: Stay on top of your notifications wherever you are.
- Conversations: Manage and respond to messages from various platforms including SMS, email, and social media channels.
- Review Requests: Send, manage, and respond to review requests directly from the app.
- Invoices: Create and send invoices on the go. Note: Stripe integration must be set up via the desktop app.
- Opportunities: Update and manage opportunities for contacts, though pipeline setup requires the desktop app.
- Appointments & Calendars: Manage appointments and calendars, with setup tasks handled in the desktop app.
