What are Rooms?

A ‘room’ in Concours Pro is any designated location within your business where you provide services. Examples include massage rooms, service bays, salon chairs, workout spaces, or pedicure stations.

What is Equipment?

Equipment refers to any specialised tools or devices required for your services. This could range from a hyper-facial machine to a simple massage chair.

How to Use Rooms & Equipment

  1. Define the rooms and determine all the specialist equipment your business uses.
  2. Go to Settings > Calendars > Rooms or Settings > Calendars > Equipment.
  3. Edit the details of the room / equipment including quantities or capacity.
  4. Select calendars to associate your room / equipment to. This ensures that each appointment automatically reserves the necessary room and equipment with each booking.
  5. Alternatively you can associate Rooms and Equipment under the Rooms and Equipment tab, when editing a service calendar.
