What is Membership Revenue Analytics?

Membership Revenue Analytics in Concours Pro gives you a clear picture of your one-time purchase revenue. It lets you dig into the details by filtering data by date and purchase channel, helping you spot top-performing offers and fine-tune your strategies. This tool is all about giving you the insights to make smarter decisions, boosting efficiency and profitability.

With charts like Net Revenue and Revenue by Offer, you get a snapshot of your performance, including total units sold, overall revenue, and how your top four offers are doing. You can also compare offers across channels to see what’s working best. By breaking down revenue trends over time, you can focus on the channels and offers that bring in the most cash, saving you time and effort.

How to Use Membership Revenue Analytics

Go to Sites > Memberships > Analytics > Revenue Analytics.

This feature focuses on one-time purchases and lets you filter data by date and purchase channel to zero in on what matters.

Net Revenue Overview

The Net Revenue tab is your go-to for a detailed look at revenue from one-time purchases. You can filter by date and purchase channel to get the exact insights you need.

Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Total Units Sold: Shows the total number of items sold in your chosen date range and channel. For example, a retailer could see how many products were sold online in the past month.
  • Total Revenue: Displays the total revenue for the selected period and channel. For instance, an online store could check their website’s revenue over the last six months.
  • Top Four Offers: Lists your top four offers and their percentage of total revenue for the selected period and channel. A software business, for example, could identify which products are driving the most sales over a year.
  • Filter Options: Narrow down data by date range or choose from up to four purchase channels: Membership checkout, Funnel, or Upsell checkout.

Comparing Offer Performance

The Compare Offers tab lets you stack up to four offers side by side to see how they’re performing. You can filter by offer, purchase channel, and date to get a clear comparison.

Key features include:

  • Total Units Sold: Shows how many units each offer sold in the selected date range and channel. For example, a wellness business could compare sales of a fitness program versus yoga classes over six months.
  • Total Revenue: Reveals the revenue each offer brought in during the selected period and channel. An e-commerce store could use this to compare their best-selling products over a year.
  • Filter Options: Pick up to four offers to compare, select from purchase channels like Membership checkout, Funnel, or Upsell checkout, and choose a specific date range.
