Moving old invoices into Concours Pro just got simpler. You can now bring in heaps of invoice data from a CSV file in a few clicks—perfect if you’ve got records in a spreadsheet or another tool.
- CSV Import – Upload your file and watch it slot into place.
- Date and Tax Mapping – Line up your CSV columns (like issue or due dates) with our fields, and match your tax rates to ones already set up.
- Email Recap – Once done, you’ll get an email with a summary and CSV attachment showing what worked and what didn’t (with reasons).
How to Use It
Head to Payments > Invoices & Estimates, hit + New, and pick Import Invoices using CSV. Download our sample CSV to prep your file. Tip: Set up tax rates in Settings > Taxes first for smooth mapping. Upload, map your fields, and hit Start Import. You’ll see a confirmation, then check your inbox for the summary.

How to Set Up
