Your contacts are the core of your business. With Concours Pro, you can easily import your existing contacts from different platforms into one place, ready to engage. Centralising your contacts saves time, streamlines communication, and helps you build stronger connections effortlessly.

Importing Your Contacts

Getting your contacts into Concours Pro is simple. Follow these steps to import them quickly and accurately:

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Hit Import Contacts (look for the icon with a downward arrow in a box).
  3. In the Imports section, choose Contacts and click Next.
  4. Check your file format is correct.
  5. Upload your CSV file (up to 30MB).
  6. Match your file’s columns to the right Contact fields.
    • For unique data, create a new custom field.
    • Or, choose Don’t import data in unmatched columns.
  7. Enter import details (name the import, add to lists, set consent options, etc.) and click Bulk Import.
  8. Wait for the import to complete.

Set Up Custom Fields

Tailor your contact data to fit your business. Custom fields let you store specific information that matters to you, making your outreach more precise and insightful.

Here’s how to create custom fields:

  1. Head to Settings and select Custom Fields.
  2. Click Add Field.
  3. Pick the field type you need.
  4. Fill in details like name, group, and placeholder.
  5. Hit Save.

With custom fields set, you can enhance your communication and campaigns with more relevant data.


Handle Contacts in Bulk

Save time by managing multiple contacts at once. Bulk actions let you add tags, send messages, or trigger automations with just a few clicks.

Here’s the process:

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Use filters to narrow down your contact list.
  3. Tick the checkboxes next to the contacts you want.
  4. Select a bulk action like Add to Automation, Send SMS, or Send Email.

Bulk actions make it easy to stay efficient and keep your communication on track.
