- Head to Contacts in the main menu.
- Hit the Add Contact button.
- Fill in the details like name, email, or phone. The more info you add, the easier it is to tailor your communications. Need a specific field that’s not there? Check the Set Up Custom Fields section.
- Click Save.

Update an Existing Contact
Keeping your contact details accurate is a breeze. Update records in moments to ensure your CRM stays reliable:
- Go to Contacts.
- Click the contact row to open the contact card you want to tweak.
- Make your changes on the left-hand side.
- Hit Save to lock in the updates.

Set Up Custom Fields
