Create a QR Code for Your Business

To set up a QR code for reviews:

  1. Go to Reputation > Settings > Reviews Link.
  2. Select the review page (e.g., Google or Facebook Reviews) where the QR Code will direct users, and Click Save.
  3. Go to Reviews QR.
  4. Click New or Create QR Code, and your custom code will be generated, ready for customers to scan and leave feedback.

Tip: You can create multiple QR codes for different review sites or feedback forms.

Customise the QR Code

Once your code is ready, you can personalise it using the editor. The editor works in the same way as other editors in Concours Pro.

  • Add a logo or image to align with your branding.
  • Edit the accompanying text to deliver a clear message.

Tip: Always test your QR code with different devices to ensure it remains scannable after customisation.

Display Your QR Code

Now it’s time to make the QR code accessible:

  • Download the QR code as a PDF.
    • Click on the 3 dots next to the saved QR code.
    • Click Download.
  • Print and Display it prominently in your business location.
  • Add it to printed materials such as business cards, flyers, or receipts.
  • Share it digitally via email signatures, social media, or your website.

Tip: Place the QR code in spots that get high visibility to maximise scanning opportunities, especially where it will be seen at a counter, or on exit.

Monitor and Track

Once your QR code is out there, track its success:

  • View scan data in the Total Scans Column to monitor real-time activity.
  • Analyse customer engagement and evaluate the success of your campaign.
  • Adjust the location or call-to-action based on the data.

Tip: Keep an eye on trends in the scan data to continually improve your review generation strategy.
