Contents

Overview

Recurring tasks in Concours Pro let you set up tasks that automatically repeat at set intervals, saving you from manually creating them each time. You can tweak how often they repeat, set end dates, and manage ongoing tasks with ease.

Recurring Task Settings

  • Repeat Frequency:
    • Pick how often the task repeats: hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on what suits your workflow.
  • End Date Options:
    • Never: Task keeps going indefinitely.
    • Custom Date: Choose a specific date for the task to stop.
    • After a Set Number of Occurrence(s): Decide how many times the task should repeat.
  • Create a new task even if previous task is overdue:
    • Turn this on to make sure the next task is created on schedule, even if earlier ones are still pending or overdue.
