Notes for Contacts
- You can add and view notes specific to each contact in Concours Pro.
- Every contact has a dedicated Notes section where you can create, search, or filter notes as needed.
Notes for Opportunities
- By default, you’ll see notes linked to the main contact for an opportunity.
- Use filters to check notes from other contacts connected to the same opportunity.
Notes for Companies
- The Notes section pulls together all notes from contacts tied to a company.
- This gives you a big-picture view of discussions and updates across all related contacts.
Managing Your Notes
Adding a Note
- Head to the Notes tab in your contact, opportunity, or company view.
- Click Add Note to start a new note.
- Type your note and hit save.
Searching Notes
- Use the search bar to find notes by typing keywords.
- Sort notes by creation date to track them chronologically.
Filtering Notes
- Filter notes by linked contacts to see only the ones you need.
- In the opportunities section, apply filters to view notes from additional contacts.
Viewing Notes
- Notes appear in a list, showing the timestamp and who created them.
- Each note is tagged with the contact’s name, so you know exactly who it’s tied to.
