Connecting Your Facebook / Instagram Account to Concours Pro

Introduction

In order to have your Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs in the Concours Pro Unified Inbox, to request Facebook reviews, or to post using the Social Planner on Facebook or Instagram, you must have your Facebook account connected as shown below.

Prerequisites

1. Ensure your Instagram account is properly linked to your Facebook page.
   Here’s how to do that: Add your Instagram and Facebook accounts to the same Accounts Center.
2. Ensure your Instagram account is allowing access to your DMs.
   Here’s how to do that: Allowing Access To Instagram Direct Messages.

Connecting your Facebook Account

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Click on Connect in the Facebook section.

3. In the Pop-up, log in to your Facebook account.
4. Click Continue as Name to grant access to Concours Pro’s LeadConnector connection.

5. Select your Facebook Business Page from the drop-down and click Connect Page!

6. If your Instagram account is properly connected it will notify you as in the image below.
   
   If your Instagram is not connected properly, please read the links in the Prerequisites above.

7. Click Connect Facebook and Instagram to finalise the integration.

Additional Settings

Once your Facebook account integration is completed you can access the following additional settings.

1. Select your Facebook Ads account in the drop down to view the data in Reporting.
2. Click Connected then follow the prompts to disconnect your Facebook account integration.
3. Click Change Page to select a different Facebook Page as above.
4. Click Messenger to view the pop up to switch Facebook Messenger integration On / Off.
5. Click Instagram to view the pop up to switch Instagram DM integration On / Off.
6. Click Sync Leads to sync leads from Facebook lead ads back to the selected timeframe.

Note: Only the user that connected the Facebook page see that page in the dropdown of pages. Furthermore you must be an admin of the Facebook page to see it in the dropdown of pages.
