Set Up Your Live Chat Widget
Create a custom live chat widget to match your brand and start connecting with visitors.
- Go to Websites > Chat Widget.
- Hit Create New.
- Choose from:
- All-in-one chat
- SMS / Email chat
- Live chat
- Select Live Chat and click Next.
- Tweak the widget’s look and settings to suit your style.
- Click Save.
- Select Copy Code to grab the embed code.
Add the Widget Using Embed Code
Manually embed the chat widget into your website or funnel for full control.
- Head to Websites > Websites or Websites > Funnels.
- Pick the website or funnel you want to edit.
- In the editor, click the Tracking Code icon (looks like ).
- Paste the copied widget code.
- Save your changes.
Add the Widget Through Website Settings
Quickly attach the chat widget via your website or funnel settings.
- Navigate to Websites > Websites or Websites > Funnels.
- Find the website or funnel and open its Settings.
- In the Chat Widget section, choose your live chat widget.
- Click Save.
