Set Up Your Live Chat Widget

Create a custom live chat widget to match your brand and start connecting with visitors.

  1. Go to Websites > Chat Widget.
  2. Hit Create New.
  3. Choose from:
    • All-in-one chat
    • SMS / Email chat
    • Live chat
  4. Select Live Chat and click Next.
  5. Tweak the widget’s look and settings to suit your style.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Select Copy Code to grab the embed code.

Add the Widget Using Embed Code

Manually embed the chat widget into your website or funnel for full control.

  1. Head to Websites > Websites or Websites > Funnels.
  2. Pick the website or funnel you want to edit.
  3. In the editor, click the Tracking Code icon (looks like ).
  4. Paste the copied widget code.
  5. Save your changes.

Add the Widget Through Website Settings

Quickly attach the chat widget via your website or funnel settings.

  1. Navigate to Websites > Websites or Websites > Funnels.
  2. Find the website or funnel and open its Settings.
  3. In the Chat Widget section, choose your live chat widget.
  4. Click Save.
