Set Up Your Sales Pipeline

Creating a sales pipeline in Concours Pro is straightforward and lets you see exactly where each lead is in your sales journey. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Go to Opportunities.
  2. Click Pipelines.
  3. Select Create New Pipeline.
  4. Enter the details (name, stages, etc.) and hit Save.

Tailor your pipeline stages to fit your business flow. Some examples include:

  • New Lead
  • Hot Lead
  • Booked Call
  • No Show
  • Delayed
  • Closed
  • Non-responsive

Once your pipeline is set, you’re ready to add contacts and start tracking opportunities.


Bring Contacts into Your Pipeline

Have a list of contacts from an event or another system? You can easily import them into your Concours Pro pipeline and turn them into opportunities in a few steps:

  1. Head to Opportunities.
  2. Click Import.
  3. Choose Opportunities.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Upload your file.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Match the file columns to the Opportunity fields.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Check all details and select Start Bulk Import.

This process gets your contacts into the pipeline quickly, so you can start working those leads.


Add an Opportunity Manually

When opportunities come in one at a time, adding them manually lets you stay in control. It’s quick and simple—here’s how:

  1. Go to Opportunities.
  2. Click Add Opportunity.
  3. Pick an existing contact or add details for a new one.
  4. Fill in the Opportunity details (pipeline name, stage, value, etc.).
  5. Click Create.

Manually adding opportunities ensures your pipeline stays up to date with every lead, no matter how they come in.
