Prerequisites

Before purchasing a phone number in Concours Pro, ensure you have submitted your Address and Regulatory bundles, and they have been validated / approved.

Purchasing a Phone Number

1. Go to Settings > Phone Numbers.
2. Select Add Number.
3. Select Add Phone Number (Used for SMS and Phone Calls).
4. Select the Country for the phone number.
5. Use the Filter to select the desired Capabilities (SMS, MMS and Voice).
6. Use the Filter to select the Number Type (Local, Mobile, Toll Free).
7. Use the Filter to search for desired numbers or parts thereof, by entering the desired digits in the search box and selecting the Match To type (First part of number, Last part of number of Any part of number).
8. Click Apply to filter by your requirements, and press Refresh to refresh the search.
9. Numbers are shown with Location (if local), Capabilities, Type, Address Requirement (always required for Australian numbers)and Price per month.
10. Select your desired number by clicking the circle on the left next to the number, then click Proceed to Buy.
11. You will be prompted to select the required address and regulatory bundle that you have already set up, then click Proceed to Buy to finalise the purchase.
