Overview of AI Response Details
Concours Pro’s AI Response Details feature lets you peek under the hood of AI-generated messages in the Conversations section. You can see exactly what data the AI used to craft its replies and tweak the knowledge base directly from the conversation view. This boosts transparency, gives you control, and helps improve the AI’s accuracy with real-time updates.
Here’s how it works:
- After the AI sends a message, check its full context in the AI Response Details sidebar.
- View specifics like the prompt, intent, and data sources (e.g., FAQs or website info) behind the response.
- Edit knowledge base entries directly to fine-tune future replies.
- Get a clear picture of how the AI builds its responses from available data.
How to View and Edit Data Sources
To adjust the data Concours Pro’s AI uses for responses:
- Head to the knowledge chunk section in the AI Response Details sidebar.
- You’ll see the FAQs and website data the AI pulled to generate the message.
- Click on any knowledge chunk that needs a fix—up to three chunks are shown.
- An editable text box will pop up (or be ready to use).
- Make your changes and hit save.
- Your edits update the knowledge base instantly, so the AI uses the corrected info moving forward.
Note: Data chunks (website data and FAQs) only appear if the knowledge base was used for the AI response.
Note: Updating an FAQ replaces the old one entirely.
Additional Details
- Access: The AI Response Details sidebar is available for all AI messages, including those from account bots, workflow actions, or bot trial messages.
- Edited Tags: If you tweak website info in the knowledge base, an Edited tag appears next to the trained website, with a tooltip noting the update.
- FAQ and Website Updates: Changing an FAQ updates it in real time, and the old FAQ used in the message is marked as deleted. Updated website info reflects in the scraped data modal with an Edited tag beside the URL.
- Prompt Variations: The prompt section in the sidebar adjusts depending on whether the AI message came from the account’s Conversation AI bot or a workflow action.
