How It Works
With Concours Pro’s Conversation AI, you can review and tweak the data pulled from your website to train your chatbot. This keeps your bot’s responses spot-on, saving you time and ensuring your customers get accurate info. Here’s how to do it:
- Head to the Bot Training tab in your account. You’ll see a table listing all the website URLs you’ve uploaded for training.
- Next to each URL, there’s a document icon. Click it to view all the data scraped from that website in a pop-up window.
- Edit the data directly in the text box to fix errors or update details as needed.
- Once you save your changes, Concours Pro retrains the chatbot with the updated data, so it uses the new info moving forward.
- Any edited data gets marked with an “Edited” tag in the table, so you know it’s been modified.
Note: If you refresh the website data, it’ll revert to the original content from the live site, wiping out your edits. Be mindful when refreshing!
