Creating and Customising the Web Chat Widget in Concours Pro

Contents

Introduction

With Concours Pro, you can now fully customise the chat widget to fit your brand’s style and functionality. This feature allows you to modify the widget’s placement, design, and user interactions to create a seamless experience for your customers.

Creating the Widget

To get started with your chat widget:

  1. Go to Sites > Chat Widget.
  2. Click on New to create a new chat widget.
  3. Choose between SMS/Email Widget, Live Chat, or WhatsApp Chat depending on your needs.

SMS/Email Widget is suitable for businesses without live support teams available to take chat requests. Clients enter their mobile / email for a reply. This option is best for Conversation AI as it allows AI responses via SMS, which are best for open rates.

Live Chat is suitable for businesses with live support teams available at all times for responses.
