Disputing a Google Review from the Conversations Tab

To dispute a false, or fake Google review in Concours Pro:

Go to Conversations tab.
Select the relevant contact.
Find the review in the Unified Inbox.
Select See this review on GBP to to view the review on Google.
Select Dispute this review to dispute it.
You’ll need to confirm your Google email and business account associated with the review.
Choose whether to Report a new review or Check the status of a review I reported previously.
For new disputes, Google provides a list of your recent reviews for action.

Important: You can only dispute a Google review from within the conversations tab if the review request was generated by Concours Pro. For all other reviews, dispute them directly in Google Business Profile.

Checking the Status of Existing Reviews

To check the status of a review dispute:

Click here to go to Google.
Follow the on screen instructions as above to view dispute statuses.
