Creating Email Signatures

To set up email signatures for your team in Concours Pro:

  1. Go to Settings > My Staff.
  2. Click Edit (Pencil icon) next to the relevant user.
  3. Expand the User Info section.
  4. Scroll down to the Email Signature field and add your desired signature.
  5. Toggle ON the button Enable signature on all outgoing messages.
  6. You have the option to tick the box to Include this signature before quoted text in replies.
  7. Click Save to finalize the changes.
  8. Ask the user to log in and edit their signature under Settings > My Profile tab if needed.

Automating Signatures in Campaigns, Workflows and Templates

To automatically include email signatures in your emails sent via workflows or campaigns:

  1. Open the email editor, either in a workflow, a campaign or edit a template.
  2. Add the user’s signature using Custom ValuesUserSignature.
  3. You can also add the user’s signature using the shortcode: {{user.email_signature}} .

Troubleshooting

If the email signature doesn’t appear in manual emails, ensure you’re logged in as that user.
